Questions parents ask

Are you guaranteeing my child will get better?

No. No program can ethically promise outcomes. We guarantee the path: how we communicate, how we provide care, and how we treat your family, in writing and backed by a refund.

Do I have to pull my child out to get the refund?

No. The decision about money and the decision about treatment are separate.

Who decides whether you missed?

The commitments are specific, so a miss is usually a factual question. You get a written acknowledgment within two business days and a written finding within seven.
